Facebook Confirmation

If you chose to put your information out on the web for anyone to see, I don’t think what I’m doing is stalking. I consider it more to be confirming facts. People can’t tell a whole lot of lies on facebook because they will quickly get called out. A lot of people are also very open, and even if you aren’t, someone on your friend list is bound to be.

First off, Facebook privacy is very ready to navigate. You can hide certain posts or pictures from friends. You can also change how your wall is viewed. If it’s not a friend, shut the wall down. Also hide your friends posts from outside people if you make public status updates. Its your friends that are most likely to give hints up on YOUR life.


He and I finally hooked up. It took me by surprise how good it was, but I knew there would be no relationship with this youngster. I didn’t want anything but dick from him, but the way he acted and did certain things I thought he was probably in a relationship. When I asked him he told me no. He told me he had a young son, so I asked if there would be drama. He reassured me that the mother was not in the picture.

I was content in believing him. Or more that I really didn’t give a fuck. His lies were his problems, I was just after the good stuff. When he started acting weird, I went on facebook to find out some information on him.

Must of his stuff was blocked (smart boy). Just his album of profile pictures and one album from his 27th birthday were open, his wall was mainly blocked, except for some posts by other people. The next week I looked at his page again, mainly because I was trying to determine if he was cute enough to get away with calling too late one night. As I looked at his page, I noticed one post by a girl. It didn’t say anything just had a kiss emoticon, but it had me intrigued.

Do you have the privacy settings set up on your page?

I clicked on her profile and it was WIDE open. I could check out her pics, comments and her wall. Guess what, she is the baby momma. Not only did they have the son he told me about, but there was also a 6-month old baby girl. She uses his last name and I even think they live together. Well, I got my facebook confirmation.

Do you ever check someones facebook page to get some info about them? What was the craziest thing that you learned on someones profile. Did what you see change your opinion about that person?

I never told bartender what I learned. And when he’s asked to hook up since then, I’ve always been unavailable. I don’t want to be in the middle of that drama, no matter how good the sex was.
